Demonstrate excellent leadership qualities at all times while coaching department associates to take ownership of their processesManage day to day operations of the manufacturing function including training, increasing volume, meeting company goals, and maintaining customer satisfactionDevelop, report and improve metricsWill be responsible for demonstrated improvements in safety, Quality and Productivity through process improvement efforts in compliance with all applicable standards and policies including Safety and QualityRequest or initiate corrective action for deficiencies affecting manufacturing, manufacturing processes and proceduresResponsible for the performance and development of the department associates-Devise strategies and techniques for achieving departmental goals-Conduct regular coaching, counseling and training with associates to build motivation and communication skills-Create training programs for associates to ensure all members of group are being prepared to provide superlative level of customer service-Conduct bi-annual evaluations of department staffAttend various meetings to provide feedback, develop new processes to meet company goals, and create innovative ideas for improvementsAssist all departments in efficient communication with internal and external customers; maintain positive customer, vendor, and coworker relationshipsUse Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook and other databases to communicate, process billing, relay messages, etcContribute to the development of corporate level strategies, plans and policiesOur employees are rewarded with competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits including tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, sick and vacation time as well as a matching 401(k) savings planPlease visit our website at www.clopaydoor.com to learn more about our companyAn Equal Opportunity Employer, providing a drug-free work environmentJob Type:
