We purchased a brand-new single story Toll Brothers home that was completed on 10-5-2022. There are 2 rooms available: The private front bedroom has a private bathroom and the second bedroom has an option of sharing its bathroom with another (3rd) smaller bedroom with a full size futon that can be used as an extra room or office. We have furnished the rooms completely with brand new or like-new furnishings, upgraded brand new appliances, new premium memory foam mattresses with quality linens, premium appliances and large 4K Pioneer SmartTV's with FIreTV built-in. It is a private, safe and cozy atmosphere. An enormous sliding three pane window opens the entire back of the house onto a private patio with outdoor furniture and a glass rock firepit. This is a 4 bedroom home + den and this is one of two rooms that we will be renting. We have not installed a pool yet, however you may have access to the private Presidio Club, Starpointe Club, Yacht Club and upscale amenities/pools as our guest via passes or membership as a resident depending on your duration of stay. We have fast/reliable Fiber internet with strong Wi-Fi, smarthome features and a monitored security system for your safety. The community has excellent amenities, restaurants and a well appointed shopping center. The nearby Lake, Star Tower, Ballpark and Golf Course and Phoenix Raceway are not far. No smoking and, though we love fur babies, no pets are allowed at this time. We love the Arizona atmosphere and look forward to sharing our home with new roommates.
